В статье рассматриваются основные направления государственной политики в сфере развития и сохранения института семьи и семейных ценностей. Особое внимание уделяется определению института семьи и его значению в настоящее время, а также проведен анализ конституционно-правового регулирования и защиты семейных ценностей. Установлено, что с учетом особенностей различных субъектов Российской Федерации правовое регулирование института семьи закреплено по-разному, но имеет одинаковую правовую защиту. Акцентировано внимание на реализации государственной политики Российской Федерации по сохранению института семьи и семейных ценностей. Выявлены основные проблемы в реализации государственной политики и определены основные направления для достижения задач по укреплению авторитета семьи и семейных ценностей.

The Constitutional and Legal Foundations of the State Policy of the Russian Federation in the Field of Protection of the Institution of the Family and Family Values
The article examines the main directions of state policy in the field of development and preservation of the institution of the family and family values. Special attention is paid to the definition of the institution of the family and its significance at the present time, as well as an analysis of the constitutional and legal regulation and protection of family values. It is established that, taking into account the peculiarities of various subjects of the Russian Federation, the legal regulation of the institution of the family is fixed in different ways, but has the same legal protection. Attention is focused on the implementation of the state policy of the Russian Federation to preserve the institution of the family and family values. The main problems in the implementation of state policy have been identified and the main directions for achieving the objectives of strengthening the authority of the family and family values have been identified.
