Constitutional and legal foundations of the competence of executive authorities in the Kyrgyz Republic

In this article, the author conducts an in-depth analysis of the constitutional and legal foundations of the competence of executive authorities in the Kyrgyz Republic. During the study, the author carefully examines the legal features of the terms "competence" and "powers." Additionally, the article discusses the role of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the executive branch and the specifics of performing state functions and tasks.
