Constitutional legal relations and their subjects

This article examines the relationship at the state level between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, of which there are currently 85 and between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and interaction with the federal center and cities of federal significance. A peculiarity is that our country differs from other countries in the diversity of nationalities and cultures, and we also have unevenly distributed natural resources, in particular, there are regions showing stable active growth in urbanization, in the birth of children, in terms of living standards. These subjects are a kind of engines of economic and social growth in Russia.
