Constitutional and legal problems of interaction between public authorities and the Russian Orthodox Church in Russia

This article reflects the main aspects of interaction between the Russian Orthodox Church and public authorities. Historical modifications in the relations between the ROC and public authorities are considered. The constitutional and legal problems of mutual influence of the ROC and public authorities are outlined, as well as the prospects for resolving the identified problems are considered.
