Constitutional right to health protection and medical care

The challenges of implementing health care reform include many complex questions about the availability, cost, and quality of health care. These policy considerations are based on issues related to the status of health care as a constitutional right. This article analyzes the constitutional and legal issues related to the right to health protection and medical care. The materials of scientific works, approaches to the study of the studied problems allowed us to identify the methodological foundations for conducting the study.
