Constitutional law of Russia: some problems of teaching

In this article the author pays attention to the aspects of teaching the Russian constitutional law which have objective character and related to the reform of educational system of Russian Federation. The place the course "The constitutional right of Russia" in the system of law education and its interrelation with other branches of both public, and private-law is defined. The structure of the course "The Constitutional Right of Russia" is considered. The author concludes that the change in the ways of teaching the constitutional law allows to reveal existing contradictions of the current legislation, to analyze judicial and law practice, to develop students’ active sense of justice.
