Constitutional legal consciousness and state ideology (to the anniversary of professor V. I. Mayorov)

The article is devoted to the study of issues related to the theoretical understanding of the legal category “state ideology”, its close interaction with the phenomenon of constitutional consciousness. The author studies the main features of the state ideology. The problem of searching for the state ideology of modern Russian society in the process of deideologization is highlighted. The concept of constitutional-legal ideology as a structural element of constitutional legal consciousness is considered.
