Constitutional framework for intellectual property in Russia and in the post-Soviet space

The article is devoted to the study of the constitutional foundations of intellectual property in Russia and in the post-Soviet space. Various approaches of the states-former Soviet republics of the USSR to the constitutional consolidation of creative freedom and intellectual property rights are studied. The relationship between the consolidation of cultural and socio-economic rights and the development of intellectual property is considered. The author analyzes the impact of the consolidation of intellectual rights in the Constitution on their development.
