The constitutional basis for the protection of the right to a favorable environment

Today it is extremely important to talk about the issues of protecting the environmental rights of citizens, strengthening our environmental safety and, in general, the state of the environment. The right of citizens to a favorable environment determines the quality of life of citizens and determines the realization by citizens of other rights, freedoms and legitimate interests. The global deterioration of environmental quality determines the need not only for broad international cooperation between countries, but also for the development of domestic legal and administrative mechanisms to protect the right to a favorable environment. The article also substantiates the need for the use of innovative environmental monitoring technologies, in particular, artificial intelligence.
