Бесплатный доступ

The presented article discusses the constitutional rights and freedoms of a person in the digital age. The adoption of the Code on Digitalization and Digital Technologies would solve a lot of issues in this area. Full provision of constitutional human rights and freedoms in the information sphere requires not only scrupulous work in legal regulation, but also the observance of a certain equality of private and public interests.
