The designing of variative educational programme (for an example of profession of primary professional education)

Formation of competences is one of the basic components of the federal state educational standards of new generation aimed at the innovative development of modern education. Education based on competences, most effectively realized in the form of modular programming, and the basic principle of training is focused on the results needed for the workplace. This approach actually enhances the effectiveness and quality of training by forming the content and organization of learning. The article discusses the development of approaches variative part (variant of professional modules) of the main professional education programs in institutions of professional education in conjunction with employers.
