A constructive approach as a methodological basis for the development of methodological support for educational activities

The article substantiates a constructive approach as a methodological basis for the development of methodological support for educational activities in conditions of uncertainty, digitalization, and continuous education. The assessment by current education specialists of the methods of mastering the methodological support of educational activities is analyzed on the basis of surveys conducted in the period from 2020 to 2022. The results of the study indicate that the respondents are involved in the development of the methodological support of educational activities. However, only 20% of the surveyed teachers are ready to develop this support as part of teams. The most desirable thing in updating the competencies of educational activities is communication with colleagues and the exchange of experience. An algorithm for the development of methodological support is presented as a result of constructive interaction (networking) between subjects of education and specialists in various fields, including two modules: 1) development; 2) practical implementation and transformation. The results of testing of this algorithm in conditions of proactive preparation for educational activities are analyzed. Its advantages (productivity, content, facilitative effect) and risks (energy consumption, inhibition, difficulties of acceptance) are revealed. To develop methodological support for educational activities, it is advisable to turn to the strategy of joint discussion and action based on an algorithm that actualizes polysubject interaction using digital tools. Teaching this algorithm in the context of professional proactive training could allow educators to master the tools that ensure productive educational activities in modern conditions.
