Contract system of public procurement

This article outlines the features of the contract system of public procurement. The types of procurement, the formation of state applications, the evaluation of suppliers' proposals based on the criteria established in the state application, and the conclusion of a contract with the winning bidder are considered. From which it was possible to identify such a problem as insufficient transparency. Describing this problem, several ways to solve it were deduced.
