The contract system of the Russian Federation as a new stage of development legislation

The article presents a retrospective analysis of the contract system of the Russian Federation. The peculiarities of economic legal relations of Russia in the international arena have been revealed. Positive aspects and importance of state (municipal) purchases for society and the country as a whole are singled out. The practice of applying the contract system was studied, on the basis of which a detailed analysis of the legislation in the sphere of corruption was made. The basic concepts are considered.
