Control over the performance of crime in the criminal process of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In the article it has been considered the opportunities of monitoring procedure for commission of preparing crime within the framework of pre-judicial investigation. On the basis of the analysis of positions of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Republic of Kazakhstan it defined covert investigation procedures with the help of which it is possible to carry out the control over commission of the crime. It has been conducted comparative analysis of the criminally - remedial regulation of the monitoring over commission of the crime in Kazakhstan and in Ukraine. It has been brought offers on perfection of the legal regulation of the monitoring over commission of the crime within the framework of pre-judicial investigation.
