Control over the import and export of military products

The relevance of the research topic lies in the fact that at present the requirements for the order of import and export of military products have been increased and, as a result, the number of issues related to customs control of these products has increased. The article presents an analysis of the dynamics of crimes related to the illegal export of military products, which resulted in the formation of existing problems. In conclusion, recommended measures to solve these problems are indicated and conclusions on this topic are formed.
