Controlling: notions and determinations

The practice convinces that the best market transformations instrument of the whole enterprises activity today is an introducing of the controlling system. At first controlling was perceived as a managing system of the financial flows. Since then it was transformed in a managing system of the whole enterprise. However its understanding is not uniquely. The different authors understand the essence of controlling differently therefore it appears the necessity of the notion wording and determination of its matter.
