Controlling in corporate innovation ecosystem

The article describes the need for innovation ecosystem in the management service, generated the actual problem of ensuring the quality control of its infrastructure through the development of problem - oriented integrated management system, the core of which is controlling. Selected key problems two components: infrastructure corporate innovation ecosystem and infrastructure management with the use of modern technology to ensure the innovative performance. It is noted that controlling environmental systems, risks, and costs of the innovation process is the essence of the information - analytical, methodical and instrumental support, infrastructure management, corporate innovation ecosystem. Management is treated as a service aimed at creating conditions for functioning and development of the corporate innovation ecosystem and result-oriented innovation. However, in the field of controlling there is a lack of conceptual unity of research, which makes use of existing concepts and methodological apparatus as an effective tool for solving applied problems of management of IESK.
