Coordination of vocational training in a region

The article offers a solution of the problem of interaction efficiency in the educational services market and provides methodological grounds for a vocational training management reform on a regional market. This is to be implemented through centralized management of the joint efforts of state and public institutions combined with information, finance, and labour coordination by Centre of Vocational Training Coordination.
