Legal technology of coordination as a way to minimize legal risks

In this article we consider a new approach to the study of the relevant aspects of the coordination in law. The above-mentioned problem has not been considered yet. For the first time individual and the most theoretically relevant and practically valuable legal elements of coordination are considered from the standpoint of legal experience, practice and technology. Particular attention is paid to organizational aspects. The study summarizes the main scientific position in the field of the coordination process, takes into account all the recent theoretical advances in this area, the legislation and the prospects of its change. This work is based on personal legal experience of the author in the coordination sphere. In this regard, the author proposes a practical solution of the mentioned legal problems.
