Forage value of soybean seeds of different cultivars

Compared characteristic of traditional soybean cultivars and new cultivars of forage and nutritive purpose is given according to contents of protein, vitamin and mineral in seeds. It is shown that high forage and nutritive value of modem high-protein soybean cultivars of VNIIMK breeding: Fora, Vesta, Valenta in comparison with traditional cultivars Lan and Runo, is stipulated not only by heightened protein content and low activity of antinutrients but by higher vitamin content of В, С groups, beta-carotene and some of mineral elements.
