Corporate sports as a means of popularizing a healthy lifestyle

The article considers the problem of popularization of corporate sports among employees, the percentage of involvement of which remains extremely low. Based on the analysis of modern publications, statistical materials and regulatory documents, several reasons for the lack of participation of companies in the organization of sports events among their employees are identified. The main problems include: lack of necessary conditions, difficulty in organizing sports activities suitable for the majority of employees, lack of material support, insufficient popularization of the positive impact of sports activities on the working capacity of employees. The paper presents an experiment to identify the intrinsic motivation of the working population to engage in physical culture, and draws relevant conclusions.
