The current stage of market development differs rapidly changing external environment and high competition. In order to remain on the market and operate successfully, it is necessary to strictly comply with the requirements of the market, which is impossible without qualified and competent personnel, open to new knowledge and innovation. In this regard, the function of training and staff development becomes a key importance among others. To replace traditional forms of learning, comes more advanced and efficient, such as a corporate university, which establishes the system of continuous training and development, strictly relevant to the strategic goals of the company. The article describes the main principles of the system of corporate university and propose practical mechanisms of its implementation.
