In experiments on white rats that humate of magnesium (at a dose of 5 mg/kg, subcutaneously) daily introduction on the background of 3% of the water load in parallel with the gravitational influence (3g in the direction of the vector of the centrifugal acceleration to the kidneys of the animal) in the development of ischemic acute renal failure increases the glomerular filtration rate, creatinine, lowers the level of creatininemia, mochevinemia, urinary excretion of protein, γ-glutamyltransferase in comparison with untreated control.

Humate of magnesium, gravitational effects, diuretic activity, excretory renal function, acute renal failure, nephroprotective effect
