The purpose of this investigation was the level of microcirсulation in women with cervical leukoplakia (CL) research and effectiveness increase of treatment of such patients by means of microcirculation correction in postoperative period using low-energy laser emission (LELE). Materials and methods: the results of complex examination of 120 patients with cervical leukoplakia were put in base of this report. 40 practically healthy women completed the control group. All patients were separated in 3 groups according to morphologiacal variants and the way of treatment: 40 women with simple CL (group 1), in which postoperative period was used LELE; 40 women with simple CL (group 2), in which the postoperative protocol contained traditional radiosurgical treatment; 40 patient with atypical morphological form of CL composed the group of comparison (group 3). Results and discussion: the Doppler laser ultrasonic flowmetry showed microcirculation malfunction of basal blood flow in all patient with CL. In patient with simple morphological form of CL, the usage of LELE in the postoperative period promotes organization and discharge of the scab to be earlier, especially in patient with stagnant microcirculation type.
