The correction of thyroid status in the efficiency of the perioperative period in patients with thyropathies

The thyreopathies severity and its preoperative complications determine the necessity of preoperative correction, and finally the choice of surgical treatment tactics. Violations of thyroid function in thyropathies lead to homeostatic changes in various organs and systems. Under thyreopathies the variations of hormoneproduction of thyroid gland (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, euthyroidism) and its degree of severity are essential not only as marker of pathological process, but also determine the compensation of dysadaptation tactics in perioperative period.
