The speculation and the existence of correlative relations between personality characteristics and indicators of organizing abilities of primary school teachers are being put forward and proved in the article. The author shows the relationship of organizational abilities of primary school teachers with different types of temperament, social and psychological personality types and locus-control demonstrating the results of the correlation analysis.
