The article explores the issue of the penitent corruption component in public procurement and orders. The author of the article analyzes the gaps in the legislation related to the lack of a legislatively defined definition of corruption. The question is examined regarding the methods of combating corruption, as well as the reasons for its occurrence in this area. The research methodology is an analysis of the scientific literature on a given topic, as well as practical experience on a given topic.
