The indirect (mediated) legal relation as a specific means of legal state influence on the social relations

The evolution of indirect (mediated) legal relations starting with 19th century is studied in the historical aspect in the article. These relations of the state's influence on the social relations by means of the civil society institutions are studied in details. The role of indirect (mediated) relations in attainment of the balance between departmental interests and their adaptation by the national ones is grounded.
