Indirect (mediated) legal relationship as a specific means to improve the efficiency of the executive authorities

In this paper we study the historical aspect, the evolution of indirect (mediated) the legal relationship from the XVII century. Studied in detail the relationship of state control on social relations through institutions of civil society. Substantiates the role of indirect (mediated) relationships to achieve a balance of vested interests and their general state of adaptation.
