Coaching as an effective tool for managing the educational activities of students of professional education

This article presents an analysis of the most significant problems of secondary vocational education related to the implementation of modern innovative approaches to the organization of the educational process. The question of changing the nature of students’ educational activities in terms of the content and technology of training is raised. The author focuses on the mechanism of managing students’ learning activities using the “Coaching” technology. The author reveals the essence, features of coaching, and considers one of the resource aspects in pedagogical activity, which allows to establish relationships between the subjects of education to a new level of interpersonal interaction in the format of subject-subject relations of equilibrium value. The author comes to the conclusion that the coaching technology is one of the most effective technologies of pedagogical support and support of individual, personal, professional development of future specialists.
