The article discusses various approaches to the concept of “modern cultural space”. Despite the fact that the phenomenon itself has existed for a long time and has been studied by various humanities, a single concept has not yet been developed. This speaks, first of all, of the versatility of this term. In the modern world, cultural space has acquired a new meaning a cultural center, which contributed to the creation of socio cultural platforms that are aimed at realizing the professional, personal and creative needs of young people. So coworking centers are now becoming a popular platform for scientific activity of students and young researchers.
