Creative and productive thinking as antipodes in the process of knowledge formation

The problems of the content of modern education are revealed. The author focuses the main attention of the critical analysis on the subjective and destructive nature of creative thinking, which does not go beyond the limits of sensory cognition, mystical insight and the subconscious. Based on well-known philosophers, psychologists and educators, the author comes to the conclusion that it is advisable to form dialectical thinking in the educational process as the only scientific source of creative thinking.
