Creativity in mentoring as a factor in successful activity of a teacher at a university

Mentoring is recognized as the most successful method in the world, as it promotes the early introduction of novice specialists into the profession. The article is devoted to the role of mentoring at the North Caucasus State Institute of Arts. The research material was the mentoring activity of Natalia Kazbulatovna Gastasheva, a teacher of the People's Artist of the RSFSR, in the training of young specialists at the SKGII. The result of the study reflects the relevance and importance of mentoring at the university and the role of the teacher's personality as a mentor for becoming a professional teacher. Only a good mentor can competently combine the theoretical training of a novice teacher with practice and grow a true professional in his field.
