Credit technologies in higher school as a catalyst of its globalization

The author of this article analyzes the specific of credit technology in higher education (it is demonstrated with an example of ECTS). Besides advantages, the author mentions the disadvantages in the context of Soviet model of higher school traditions and tendencies (mainly the globalization is considered) of Post-Soviet higher education development.
