Credit agreement: concept, legal regulation

The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the widespread use of lending services at the moment among citizens and organizations. The article considers the definition of a credit agreement, the procedure for its conclusion, the features of legal regulation as an integral part in the structure of the norms of Russian civil law. Based on the highlighted features, the analysis of the research object was carried out. As a conclusion, the author makes a general conclusion about the essence of the credit agreement and its significance in civil legislation.
