Criminalistic forecasting of crimes against the family and minors (meaning, tasks, subjects)

Statistical data of recent years on the number of crimes committed against the family and minors indicate the need to improve the work of the law enforcement system to prevent these attacks. The existing preventive measures show their ineffectiveness and indicate the need to expand the tools for combating crime in the group under consideration, including using the results of forensic forecasts (scientific and practical (applied)). The purpose of this work is to study the possibilities of forensic forecasting in the prevention and prevention of crimes against the family and minors. The methodological basis of the research is dialectical, logical, systemic, as well as a number of other methods of scientific cognition: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, descriptions.
