Criminological characteristics of group forms of criminal activity in modern conditions

Target. The publication presents the results of a study of the current state of group forms of criminal activity, noting its transformation under the influence of modern information and telecommunication technologies. During the study, general scientific (analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction) and special scientific (historical, sociological) methods of cognition, as well as the method of content analysis, were used. In the process of preparing the publication, domestic research on the theory of criminal law and criminology, psychology and sociology was used. As a result of the study, it was concluded that at the present stage in organized forms of criminal activity such a feature as recruiting appears. Conclusions and conclusions: the publication materials can be used for further critical analysis of the state of joint criminal activity, conducting a criminological analysis of complicity in criminal activity.
