Criminological characteristics of cyber crime

Computer and other technologies, as well as public relations in this sphere, form a new object of criminal attacks, as well as means and methods of committing a socially dangerous act, which at the same time creates an urgent problem. Cybercrime in an article refers to a limited range of acts against the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of computer systems and networks and computer data. The article discusses the causes and motives for the development of cybercrime as a global phenomenon of our time on the basis of statistical data and judicial practice, as well as measures to counter cybercrime.
