The criminological characteristics of drug crime actualizes compulsory protective measures of a criminal-legal nature

Studying the characteristics of modern drug crime is of great criminological importance for establishing its determinants. The author examines the current state of drug crime, its structure, volume and dynamics. A method for determining the latency of sales of narcotic drugs is suggested on the example of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The factors influencing the development of drug crime and drug situation are established. The persons contributing to organized drug crime who are not accomplices of crimes are identified. The measures of criminal legal influence on the persons who promote drug crime are suggested.
