Criminological Features of Youth Crime from the Experience of Foreign Countries

This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the criminological features of juvenile delinquency at the current stage of society’s development, particularly the physical and personal characteristics of juvenile offenders. It reveals the essence of juvenile delinquency, analyzes the controlling and correctional agencies, and examines the impact measures based on the experience of the United Kingdom. The study proposes measures to prevent the involvement of adolescents in illegal activities, drawing on the works of domestic and foreign scholars from original sources. This article explores the preventive measures implemented by the Juvenile Justice Commission in England and the English Juvenile Courts.
