Criminological analysis of the identity of the perpetrator of criminal involvement in suicide (article 110.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)

The article presents a criminological analysis of the identity of the perpetrator of criminal involvement in suicide (Article 110.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). As part of the crime under consideration, the official statistics on the state of crime in Russia in the period from 2018 to 2024 were studied. The criminological analysis was based on such groups of characteristics as socio-demographic, criminal-legal and moral-psychological.
