Criminological analysis of crimes against justice

This paper discusses the main criminological indicators of crimes that violate the interests of justice, as well as the characteristics of perpetrators of that. Based on this study, the increased social danger of such acts is substantiated. It is noted in the paper that in recent years in Russia there has been a steady increase in the level of reported crimes against justice, which is a negative trend and indicates gaps in the prevention of these criminal offenses. Official statistical information on crimes against justice is provided, their status in the Federal Districts of the Russian Federation is analyzed. The socio-demographic and legal characteristics of the personality of the offender committing crimes against justice are studied, on which basis his generalized criminological profile is compiled. It is concluded that the results will be able to assist preventive actors in developing effective measures to counter crimes against justice.
