The third part of the scientific research work «Criminological and criminalistic prevention of extremism (based on the material of new subjects of the Russian Federation)» is presented. Based on the analysis of court decisions, the determinants of extremism operating among the youth of the new subjects of the Russian Federation have been identified. An analysis of judicial practice in cases of this category has shown the military and terrorist nature of extremism in the conditions of the new subjects of the Russian Federation. The ideology of Ukrainian nationalism and Nazism, which is ingrained in society, contributes to the involvement of representatives of youth society in the activities of criminal communities. Recruitment of participants in extremist activities is carried out through online communication. Extremist communities operating in the liberated territory are characterized by a high degree of organization, logistical and financial security, and ideological cohesion based on the ideology of extremism under the leadership of the SBU and other hostile structures. The anti-extremist prevention system includes measures to curb extremist channels of social communication, operational monitoring of groups and individual representatives of youth society, as well as to make it difficult to access places where hiding places and explosive devices are planted.
