Criminogenic signs in the offenses of economic criminal law

Crimes in the field of economic activity (Chapter 22 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) include socially dangerous acts that pose a threat to social relations that develop in the process of production activities, as well as consumption, distribution or exchange of material values and (or) services. The article deals with criminogenic features in the elements of crimes of economic criminal law.
