Criterion approach for assessing the effectiveness of the results of the implementation of volunteer programs as a means of educating learners

The authors analyzed the literature containing information on possible criteria for evaluating educational technologies, educational practices and proposed an innovative approach to evaluating the effectiveness of the results of the implementation of volunteer programs. It lies in a criteria-based approach divided into the following groups: volunteers (of different ages and activities), management (direct managers), customer (government authorities, beneficiaries (direct recipients of volunteer activities). The procedure of validating the tools for evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of volunteer programs is considered. The following evaluation criteria are substantiated: social significance, satisfaction with participation, quality of the result, positive dynamics of socio-psychological characteristics of the volunteer, formation of social partnership, compliance of the result of volunteer activity with regulatory documentation, the content of each is disclosed. The indicators and possible assessment tools are outlined.
