Criteria for effective interaction college, university, and IT-companies

The article raises the question of cooperation of science, education and innovation processes that promote rapid development of economic and social processes. The author touches upon the interaction of educational institutions of different levels and IT-companies. The criteria of the effectiveness of such cooperation are stated. Substantiates the idea of the need to improve the quality of training middle and high qualification.
