Criteria for the classification of obligations in civil law applied for their pushing and enforcement

The publication attempts to present the concept of the term "classification of obligations" as a system of subordinate concepts (classes, objects) in such a field of legal knowledge as the law of obligations and, on this basis, the activities of the subjects of obligations, used as a means to establish links between these concepts or classes of objects. In addition to the known criteria for the classification of obligations, the lesser-known and limitedly applied rating systems for the classification of obligations are also briefly analyzed.
