The purpose of the article is to identify and justify the criteria for social interaction of schoolchildren in physical education classes. The article analyzes the forms of social interaction, the criteria for their evaluation and the methods of their selection in the conditions of conducting classes at school. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the fact that we consider the criteria by which you can assess the situation inside the classroom in physical education classes, or do it in relation to specific students or a group. The relevance of the article lies in the fact that thanks to our work, teachers will be able to better assess the situation within the team, which points are worth paying attention to, since it is always important for a teacher to assess the mood of the class, especially in physical education classes, when it comes to the health of children.
