Critical review of professor I.P. Chetverikov's biography

The article is devoted to the critical comprehension of biographical episodes of I.P. Chetverikov, Professor of the Kiev Theological Academy. By studying evidence, archival materials, memoirs and journalistic sources, the author shows the inadequacy of the biography published in the source on the history of psychology. The research is quite original, since so far there have been no study of stages of educational and research activities of I.P. Chetverikov in the Russian and world academic community.
